I know I shouldn't bother, but...

The above statement seems like a logic flaw to me. If the dll was undetectable until you gave him the binaries, how did he call you out in the stream? If he could simply dig up your MQ2 install directory from his logs, then isn't that the opposite of undetectable?

Because it was undetectable by the dll file that EQ uses to scan and pick up MQ2. The only reason rogean knew I had it was because he looked at the directory I was using to run EQ through, and because of my lack of foresight he saw that the exe was being run through my MQ2 folder.

If I had changed my path folders names he would have never known it was MQ2. He would known I was exploiting but he wouldn't have known what was causing it. When he listed off all the files he was literally just looking in the MQ2 folder on my PC. All those plugins that I had no clue about I had never used. those plugins were NOT loaded into my client at the time. The only ones that were were nodelaythrow and superhp. That was just further proof to me that he couldn't actually detect what I was doing as I was doing it.

I also had a level 17 wizard named Fireand that I had leveled exclusively with the nodelaythrow hack. When the account was banned Fireand was sitting at the yeti caves in DL at level 17.

And I had fireand for a total of about a month (until I pulled the zipzop stunt), while I was accumulating RMT info, and he was untouched by the GMs for that period of time.

the dll was undetectable for sure.

Again, the whole zipzop thing was just an attention grabber. I knew that if I just made some post on the forums people would think I were just like Harrison, so I had to use my hacks as an attention grabber. Too many people were blind to the kinds of things going on, and me publicly exposing it would force the GMs to do something about it.

At the same time, I wanted to keep face with the RMT community (for the time being), so I just blamed the usual suspects in my post (TMO, the GMs, etc), when the truth was that the only real info I had on them was hearsay and I few screenshots/paypal transactions logs/aim chats/ forum posts. The actual info I had was a huge list of RMT toons, toons that have used exploits, and some pretty convincing evidence that duping was at least a VERY real possibility, and at most happening all the time.

Theres more to the story, but that will all come out soon I'm sure.

Keep your head up systolic. You're doing good things for this server and its community by exposing this type of activity. I'm glad you went about this publicly first even though it made you scapegoat for all of the p99 emotion wrapped up in this

Not sure if it I would have rather seen a quiet affair between you and the GMs. Since it was public, everyone is forced to look the RMT situation in the face
