I would love to see an item loot implementation. I believe it would really open up the gear meta by incentivizing NO DROP loot, and it would also incentivize the mustering of cloth clad players to take up arms and fight against twinks. This would be especially interesting in Classic. PvP plus or minus 4 levels, item loot, locked permanently in classic era would be very interesting.

A step further but less realistic would be forcing Stone UI 640x480 and open spell book meditation. At the very least I think forcing the Velious UI would be ideal.
