There’s some unproven speculation that UV light such as sunlight or certain wavelengths of red light (which has other therapeutic uses) on the testicles cause them to produce either more testosterone or more SBGH or something
I’ve known about this for years. If it’s true, it won’t be a significant amount. Not something you would notice in the gym or anywhere else
Other things that supposedly cause a very minor increase to test levels
1. The time of day - test peaks around 8am and then goes down until night, then back up while sleeping
2. Not ejaculating for a few days - supposedly test rises as the days on without fapping or having sex. There’s a cap to this
3. Witnessing a violent fight or sex - also causes a very slight boost to testosterone. This is similar to how witnessing someone who is violently sick (such as coughing their guts out) causes a slight boost to the person witnessing it’s immune system as a survival mechanism. This is why some people will watch MMA or porn before going to the gym (which is ridiculous because none of these boosts are significant)
Even if there was a way, boosting test from like 400 ng/dl to 500 ng/dl isn’t something anyone would feel or notice. Anyone who thinks they do is having a placebo effect
The only way to significantly boost test to where you would feel a difference and notice a difference in strength and recovery is steroids
