The response I have to that is simple:

What motives do the detractors have? If I state that my motive is to stop hacking/RMT, then why wouldn't any legitimate player be on board for that?

I have nothing to gain from this, other than a little bit of forum fame/notoriety. When I make a new toon, NO ONE will know who it is, so its not like I am earning a bunch of side benefits. I've also completely ostracized myself from the RMT and hacking community, so I have nothing to gain from them either.

Because not everyone feels that way. Its a silent majority. The people who complain publicly are the ones who aren't looking at the whole picture. I have countless PMs from people who support what I am doing and are willing to help somehow.

And once all the problems are fixed, in the long run does it really matter that much if I lied about if I used MQ2 or not? I mean thats the only thing I have lied about so far. Everything else has either been clarified, given to GMs, or exposed publicly since then. Look at how many truths that there are in comparison to the ONE lie I told.
