Tier access should only be governed by playstyle. Just because you enjoy acting like a shithead doesn't mean you get 2:1 spawns. Removing FFA would allow you to agree to terms with IB without being restricted by silly server rules. Training? Sure! KSing! Why not?

we're more than willing to leave mobs up for guilds trying to break into class R, the issue is that after 6 hours the mobs turns FFA and IB/TMO have many many mouths to feed and rents to pay so dragons won't last past that.
