I'm afraid no player is eligible to create a gnome unless they have a certifiable mental illness and chronic drug problem. It's just the rules.

Can confirm, have a gnome and paranoia issues and a fondness for amphetamines. Had to mail GM's proof before they let me leave Ak'Anon
