@MM Not sure, I think it is the weather helps? Also, I avoid sitting down too much.

Ham and salami grilled sandwich for wakefast, cook breakfast for proper breakfast, gonna grab some oats and milk before I head out.

u doing any incline dumbell press? real gorillas do incline because real gorillas only have upper pectorals and don't benefit much from flat press.

also upper pecs get the whale's attention the fastest in a v neck
