Any policy that allows the taliban to take over the country smacks of far more "bloodlust" than, ya know, trying to stop it. The taliban literally cut people's heads off for not believing in their sky god. Even people who DO believe in it. You can argue we should take care of our own country before going about policing the world, but you can't deny that the Afghan people were much better off with our presence than without it.
