A quick read of the opinion suggests its only related to abortion not the other precedents. But I'm super skeptical and its dated from feburary, plenty of time for revisions.

Since it has never occurred in modern history, is the most likely scenario that it just did or that it was faked?

Keep in mind something never before occurring would also lend a lot of credence to a “it’s fake” argument even if it wasn’t fake, if the Supreme Court wants to take that angle

It’s interesting, all leaving it up to the states does is take it away from poor people, people too poor to drive or fly to a different state to get one

So to me it seems that either you want poor minorities to suffer having to get backalley abortions or bear children they can’t care for, or you want them to be able to abort themselves to have less poor minorities around in general?
