I would settle for teams or anything to attract blueberries to come and pvp instead of /random for FTEs

Ya I dig that! Make mischief randomizing too. Or diablo ii style loot tables with classic stats and a mix of more weapons and armor stat types.

I'm just saying, eventually there is a likelihood that one team will win and the chances of some other people coming to contest them becomes essentially zero. At that point, the server is won by them and gains their name and it becomes an FFA server, preferably with item loot rules but if its about to be abandonware it just gets merged to red 1.0 which becomes named RED WEST or RED EAST which is their prize for victory. Red 1.0 people can't complain cuz there is only 50 active and the name of the server should be of no consequence to the retired players.

TEAMS with perhaps the /guildwar function enabled? This could allow guilds to go rogue and turn on their own team. Certain obvious measures would need to be implemented to stop people from abusing the system. For example, once /guildwar is declared, members cannot de-guild or leave to avoid retribution for a certain length of time, etc. This would also help solve the problem of 1 team gaining supreme dominance. Think on it my fellow reds.
