yes you can MQ RoWF because when you turn it in you hand in 2 items, Danl's Reference and RoWF so as long as the other monk has Danl's reference and turns that item in after RoWF is handed in then it will work.

So essentially what you're saying is (because let's be honest, first robe is easily soloable) 50k for two metal pipes.

You might as well pay someone that money to help you farm pipes while you gain xp

Raster camp can take a long while to camp. Chardok Pipe is 15-20k. KC Pipe is 7-12k. Purple Headband is 3k or so. I did all the foot work. I set 50k as the buyout, but I'm willing to negotiate. It doesn't seem like that big of a price to me for an item that takes quite a bit of time to put together. For someone who has a load of plat and PL'd their monk to 46+, and wants to twink it with an Epic ASAP, this is a great buy.
