Thank you, Sezaru, and thanks to everyone who helped make it happen by donating plat. I've begun work on a musical way to express my gratitude. I'll post it sometime soon.
I don't have the sword yet; my guild needs to spawn Trak and take him down. But we're all really excited by the opportunity. Once I have it in hand, I'll post pictures of me stabbing an obnoxious number of mobs with it.

I wrote an epic ballad for Sezaru, my hero. After he sold me his Scale, I told him I wanted to write him a song about his time on EQ. He told me a story about how years ago Braknar banned the account with his Epic'd Mage, Sezaru, because he was two-boxing to do a transfer in EC tunnel. Now before you grab your pitchfork, know that Sezaru is aware he did wrong and is sorry, and he still loves Braknar and the GMs/devs. But a part of him always hopes he will play his Mage again.
So I imagined a scenario where his current toon, a lady Half-Elf Druid, saves Sezaru. With the power of love. Listen here: https://clyp.it/miq3u22i How Stormwulfe Saved Sezaru Stormwulfe rides upon the winds with a nature walker's stride, and a Nature Walker Scimitar at her side. Stormwulfe fights to save her friend, imprisoned and away, banished by the victim of his Magician play. Sezaru bet Braknar he'd make a bixie disappear; he put it in a box and said, "Be gone from here!" When the bug poofed!, Braknar moaned in disbelief; he vowed to learn the Mage's trick, to beat the dirty thief. He followed Sezaru home, and laughed with gloating glee when Sezaru opened a second box, releasing a bixie. "I knew it!" Braknar screamed, kicking in the door. "You switched, you swapped, you two-boxed. I ban you forevermore!" CHORUS Stormwulfe wept rainwater tears, animals at her feet. "How will we save Sezaru? Braknar can't be beat." Then a froglok friend whispered plans in her ear: the ancient way to save a prince held dear. Stormwulfe met the prison guard and made her heartfelt plea: "Braknar, I'll give you a gift if you set my friend free." Braknar laughed, "You have nothing I want, miss!" Then Stormwulfe leaned in and gave the Dwarf a kiss. CHORUS Braknar and Stormwulfe were soon after wed; all of Norrath came to see the unlikely marriage bed. Sirken, Cylock, Nilbog, and even Rogean made up Braknar's motley groomsmen train. The honored maids--a unicorn, a rabbit, a bear-- all wore Druid foraged flowers in their hair. And when it came time for the rings of precious rocks, Sezaru was there to pull them from a box! CHORUS And love set him free.
