Isn't fiber the culprit? I'm on a 50/30/20 Prot/Carb/Fat diet of 1700-2000 calories a day. I usually have a turkey burg and egg beaters in the morn but too lazy lately and just have a bar.
Nah, high fiber in a diet is an amazing thing.

If you literally mean the shits then fiber would help you.
One to 2 good solid poops a day, no mess. I can pretty much time mine now.

I can't believe I'm about to click submit reply... [You must be logged in to view images. Log in or Register.]

Apples. Fresh fruits and vegetables in general, but especially apples. The only time I have any gastrointestinal distress is when I eat at Faralito's. Unfortunately it's cinco de Mayo, so I'm probably going to eat at Faralito's tonight. [You must be logged in to view images. Log in or Register.]

Maybe you should drink something.

I'm guessing you drink soda pop with that subway. Fructose from soda is absorbed quickly into the intestine, decreases the absorption of water, causing diarrhea.

Do those protein bars contain high fructose corn syrup?

See the problem we have here is your missing that Tripple Whopper Burger. That right there is so solid, you can even shit out the liquids. Just one massive pile of cow.

Try adding some fiber to all that protein man...
Second quote for truth. If you are going to be eating that much protein you need some serious fiber. Try eating a couple apples, see if that helps.

Also, why would you need 3 protein bars a day?
