From an economics perspective I would be interested to know the values of certain items in USD.

I'd like to see if the (fairly well studied) EQ live environment at this stage of progression was producing equivalent pricing in real dollars. As far as I know there hasn't been a comparison of such from a virtual economy to that same economy decades later - it is impossible in reality to get such a perfect example of a control group which makes virtual economies so fascinating.

Since they are attempting to prevent RMT I doubt very seriously they will answer your questions there. Seems a little strange to even ask it since it would only encourage some people to attempt it. RiskvsReward and all.

Ahh well economics will remain the dismal science for a while longer then. Saves me from having to look up old posts of ebay prices of fungi's though.
