Druid leveling advice - 52

Charming animals in the basement of permafrost is $$$. BW giants quad or TD raptor quad are also other options.

Right now at 52 the Bloodgills in LOIO should be going light blue. You should move on to raptors in TD at least until 54.

What is going to take you through your mid-50's to 60 is bear pits in Permafrost. You may have some problems there at your level. It is also tricky to get down to but highly rewarding for EXP (but not so much loot).

I'm 53 and nearing 54 now, and I still lack the mana to quad the TD raptors down. Been slowly and unsurely kiting the mostly light blue spirocs down, but I don't think they can take me beyond 54 and I'm once more unsure where to go. Is 54 too early for the bear pits? I don't even know how to get down there.

Are there any other spots you guys can think of? Right now my max mana is 1816.

Sorry to make all these leveling threads, it's been years since I've played EQ and I just don't remember where I leveled throughout my career. I was 52 and couldn't figure out where to go, now I'm 50 again and back at LOIO until I make my way back up to 52.

The bloodgill goblins really stopped giving decent exp at 52 and I have no idea where I should go once I make it back up there. Charming doesn't seem to be an option unless I can get my hands on the new charm, and I don't have any of the dropped 51+ spells yet. Can I quad raptors with just 154 mana? It was around 1700 mana I think, at 52.

As always, your advice is appreciated.

My advice is buy a 60 geared druid yours sounds like shit.

No thanks, I prefer working up my characters the legitimate way. And anyway, I have less than 4k to my name, which I don't think is enough to buy a character better than my own.

Obviously thats not working for you. The only other choice is to make what you got better, buy or farm better gear, easier than it sounds too.
