There's a ton of clueless people that want classic shit but then they want all this custom xp, custom items, custom features...

Okay we get it you want another vztz box with no MQ (unless you are lucky enough to have an undetectable build, then its OK)

The fact is, the people who aren't experienced with the classic game and appreciate its mechanics shouldn't have a voice and they did

What a shame... but! I hope Nilbog (and the gaming community) doesn't lose faith in EQ PvP. Many don't think it can work because of all the failed boxes before it and of course the community it attracts. The truth is the community that you'd WANT was run off by broken shit. I don't think RZ would have been something I would call a success or a "best gaming experience" if there was no guard resist, "lure" pet root and resists being largely ineffective. I'd also say I wouldn't have enjoyed nearly as much without item loot. All of these things were in place on live and that's what made the game... they didn't exist here and it failed.

If you want another VZTZ box? It will fail like the others.

If you have a server that is live like? It will hold its 600 or so pop much longer.

Am I willing to do another classic xp pvp server? I don't know at this point :P. It'd have to be released by Sony with classic code probably, too many things have to be right I think for a quick project release as far as EQ PvP goes.
