I accidently deleted a mule about a month ago, I politely bump in petitions every day or 2 but still Ephi hasn't had time to get to it.

Basically get in line behind err body else pal, and yeah they can restore your gear once you have been restored.

Odds are you could level back to sixteen and farm up the 1k it'd take to replace your gear and plat before your character gets restored.

Accidentally deleting naked mules is definitely believable. For what it's worth, when I got mine restored a couple months ago, only Roegan either could or would restore characters. And you can imagine he's quite busy.
