Most of the druid powerleveling done on P99 is free of charge. I think I've made a grand total of about 5-10K powerleveling. I've sat in EC tunnel and buffed lowbies for hundreds of hours for free and PLed friends for free.

I think the big nerf after POP was the nerf that made it impossible for group spells to land. To PL my toons I used to pay whatever the caster wanted to get in on a group cast of Koadics Endless Intellect, and whatever the biggest cleric group HP buff was.

Then they nerfed that.

I think SLN was the best single target spell to get for a noob, since it came with that 2hp regen.

I know for a fact that 55+ could buff whoever during velious - Tallon Zek folks, remember Belaggio? Pandes twink who would have druids and clerics following em around, thorning him right before fights so that people who swung back would 4 shot themselves. I quit before Luclin was released, so the nerf didnt come in prior
