I offered to buy it out at 265k today.

But he won't respond to me. So that offer is off the table. I will not bid with a seller than refuses to respond. If I am the 265k c/o please remove it.

There was a 2nd offer at 265. Also - working on figuring out buyout for legs, I heard last pair sold to TMO for 350k?? Anyone know?
