![]() Isn't the exp bonus just to cope with the fact that as a noob, you are thrown into the very darkest pit in the minds of man with little to nothing but pride and ignorance to guide you?
On a fresh server there isn't the incredible gap between the local population and the noobie pool. I'd even go as far as saying that the exp bonus is hurting player pop. The rate that the average gamer levels is accelerated so much that the grps that would normally level together over a few weeks last only days, as one good session or moment of great fortune can easily level you out of range of your friends in a few hours. Breaks like this in the social grps only weaken the sense of community and eventually these people end up bitter and alone on some random dune in the sands of Ro.. Keep it classic, keep it classy.[You must be logged in to view images. Log in or Register.] But if it is increased exp make it for just the hell levels. Nothing before 35, gotta earn that shit.

![]() PvP servers should innately have exp bonuses because:
1. PvP conflict naturally detracts from pve grinding (in the form of fighting people, time lost medding and running to corpse, getting corpse camped, etc) 2. PvP conflict has a tendency to result in exp loss, either intentional or not 3. PvP servers attract people more devoted to PvP and less to bluebie grinding (not here for the "journey") | ||
