Dmg cap increases

And since I posted this I have noticed that it does scale slightly, with my sword of skyfire at lvl 15 I was hitting for a max of 28, then i dinged 16 without any additional strength stat and it has hit for 29.. So I'm assuming that your right that it does scale slightly but at certain level ranges it i.e. 19 -> 20 it jumps somewhat drastically.. and the same at level 30
