For the Tolan's port at some point it was down by MM cause during LDoN i would use BP and be right near the zone ins for the missions. Honestly on live i havent used one in 5-6 years so dont remember but on p99 it puts you by Gfay zoneline.

Wizards and druids that cast the succor or evac version of a spell of same zone they are currently in it acts like an egress/evac and ports to the resoective succor/evac spot

Like if your in west karana for example and u recast the evac west karana u end up at the Q hill zoneline. Acting as the 50-60 version of inner zone evac.

Regular ports NEVER left anyone behind. Evacs had a chance, but it was REALLY rare. I remember getting left behind on the evac as the porter, which was strange, but I don't ever remember more than one person being left.

Evacuate North
The Evacuation series of spells works exactly like the Portal series, in that they will transport your entire group to the specified location. However, there is a greater chance of leaving a group member behind in the cast. The upside of these spells is that they cast much faster than the portal spells (once you've cast a portal, you'll realize quickly why you don't want to try it in an emergency). This one transports to North Karana.

Evac: Ro
Evacuation series spell to Ro desert. It will drop your party to the combine ruins within the desert of South Ro. Many use this for personal travel to get closer to Guk and the surrounding area.

Still working on information pertaining to casting the spell in the same zone. I played a wizard back then and can't remember any instance other than abscond or non zone specific evac that took you to a zone line and not spires.

can confirmed this one is still getting abused religiously to skip the whole West Karana run


now that i think about this some more, didnt evacs only work in dungeons? kinda like how the kunark ports only work in kunark dungeons? that would prevent the entire issue of casting it FROM the same zone it goes TO
