my favorite weapon of all time and still is which my warrior used willsapper and my favorite " Claw of lighting " all the way threw velious or as long as i could lol but love the class look on the iksars back in the day

The Veeshan's Peak weapons hold up very well throughout Velious. Velious mostly addresses the gap between Epic/SoS/Feverblade (Epic and FB should be a bit worse than they are currently) and Sarnak/Snare Whip.

For the have-nots:
Chelaki Tail (mainhand)
Wavecrasher (mainhand)
Frostbringer (offhand)

For the semi-haves:
Willsapper (mainhand)
Blade of Strategy (offhand)
Neb's Warbone (offhand)

For the haves:
Sceptre of Destruction (mainhand)
Primal Warsword (offhand)
Jaelen's Katana (mainhand/offhand)

For the really really haves:
Sceptre of Destruction mainhand
Sceptre of Destruction offhand w/ Primal Warsword to swap out for procs.

There's a bunch of NToV weaponry that's pretty passable, but not crazy for the purposes of aggro. Kreizzen's Flame (primary) saw a lot of use on live, and it's pretty good. Claw of Lightning was thought of as shit on live, and looking back, I attribute that to people being dumb. Trident of the Deep Sea is alright as well.

A lot of the listings here are not very good from the aggro side of things. Like Snare Whip is superior to Club of the Ice Ocean for the purposes of aggro.

I remember using Poison Axe with my Rogue and constantly doing corpse runs.

Your argument is valid.

It's basically the same proc as a Ykesha with a better dmg/dly.

The main reason Ykesha procs generate so much aggro is through the stun which is usually 400ish hate. The 75DD is just icing on the cake.

The Venomous Axe proc doesn't have the stun, so it just has the hate from the proc's DD which isn't much.

With that said, I'm pretty sure the Axe used to proc at level 1 along with Dojo's Axe. Will look into that.
