what is on red99 is the dregs of the dregs and yes literally physically incapacitated in some form or function.

this is a fact.

im not fat my problems are mental [You must be logged in to view images. Log in or Register.] also totally have all my limbs.

so yea, pretty much better than 95% of server /flex

There is really no way to raid competitively on this server while employed. Unless all you do is work and eq. Rellapse def unemployed too.
