you have literally 0 chance to beat a druid who has that on when you don't

ya I know, was pelling myself and at that point was running low on mana

throughout that whole fight, my strat wasn't working

I was missing so much and had like no procs on weapon.

yeah, in a long game, regardless of what your strat is, you're not going to win if the other guy has 13 more hp regen and 9 more mana regen than you, especially when he has the gear advantage

had to remove it asap and keep it off, or force him to click it off himself by being aggressive with blizzard

ya blizzard alot of mana tho, and he would just click oak, and move away from rain, eating one rain for that mana, is no good
