I jumped up as middle blocker I n volleyball turned to left came down on left leg and it blew out. Yes that's cardboard gauz e a towel som e first aid tape and a sheet. Duct tape wasn't close by and didn't want the docs to be ripping it off

Well, probably only one. Most people that work out their legs/arms will continue to work out the other one in the event that one is out of commission.

lol guys , calves I've had for a while. Right one is really swole because of 3 ankle surgeries.
