Should make it so that if the same guild kills the same raid target twice in one month that it will never spawn again.

Problem solved... one way or the other.

The epic quest wasn't designed for everyone to get it.

They haven't asked for anything in the Velious thread in a little while but they did add a bear to cshome.

Stretched it too far there.

Other guilds don't get a shot at a target if another guild doesn't show up for their kill or botches their raid.
