In the event of a full repop, no “Veeshan’s Peak Capable Guild” may engage an “Epic Cockblock Mob” prior to the death of two “Epic Cockblock Mobs” by any other party, OR the death of Phara Dar by any party.

So, this stalls the VP Capable Alt Armies for about 3 minutes. Combine it with killing PD/Trak preventing you from going for the next PD/Trak and you just end up with TMO/IB/FE (whoever is blocked from that particular spawn) waiting at whatever Epic Cockblock Mob they want until their tracker tells them PD is down, which won't be long.

The fundamental problem is still that at least one of these guilds barely has to worry about 'mobilization' because of the simple fact that they're always within 1 minute of full mobilization (30 seconds to log and 30 seconds to log back in on their camped mob char).

There also seems to be a fundamental lack of acknowledgement that mob rotations (even pre-velious) were a reality for some servers and is something that to some people is appealing. As long as there continue to be proposals that are still 100% competition FTE with the ability to just switch chars to get the target you want and not have to deal with gathering for ports/evacs then you're essentially telling a group of people, who are at least double your own in true human bodies, to go bite one and be glad that you'll give them an opportunity at a tenth of the content, as long as the total content doubles.

Really wish we knew what was wrong with it. Guess its a secret, except for the part about Chest and Dumesh (i.e. the majority of the server) being against it and spam IM'ing Rogean. Hopefully GMs can be more forthright with information in the meetings (are there any scheduled??) so the minority 500+ raiders can move on.
