To clarify what I mean by "shitty internet:" I pay $36 a month for about 100 kbps (kilobytes) up/down. I live in a small town and it's the only option available (well, I could pay like $60 for 300 kbps but eff that). I had Time Warner when I lived in a more urban area about 30 miles south, and that seems like alien technology compared to the overpriced crap you have to use here.

Yeah he doesn't have trans coding yet so unfortunately you can't reduce the resolution. He's starting to get more consistent viewers so perhaps that'll come soon enough.

Yeah, I'm not saying he should change anything for me, but it is an issue that a lot of people don't think about because decent internet is available in a lot of places. But there are a lot of people living in rural areas that have to put up with really poor speeds.

A friend of mine started streaming and I worked with him to configure his settings. He ended up with pretty great quality with no buffering; his stream looked and sounded better than a lot of streams that do buffer constantly for me. So I do know there's a lot you can do just by adjusting settings (he was using OBS).

I feel your pain. I'm in a similar situation but there is a small ISP that runs WIMAX Line of sight stuff that I use. 4mbps for $90 a month but its either that or dial up....

I saw the way you hidecorpses, might want to use /hideco looted instead of /hideco all after you loot. Save you a few clicks, hundreds over time.
