I am sorry to hear that you had some bad experiences with twinked characters. I think the guild really has very little to do with it, however. KWSN is (I believe) the 2nd largest total membership guild on P99. As a result, your going to run into all sorts of different people, more often, given the size of the guild. I know many very good people, with good intentions, who are also in KWSN, so it was really just luck of the draw that your first KWSN experiences were with rude players.

Regarding twinking, yes - any MMO that has been around 4-5 years (P99) is going to have a great deal of accumulated wealth. Twinking is common, and really to be expected. Twinking itself is not the culprit for what you experienced - just like anyone with power, its how you use the power that matters. I personally enjoy twinking a great deal myself (its fun to "blueprint" then "build" your new character), however I would never use a twinked character to interfere with anyone elses enjoyment of the game.

All this to say, sorry to hear you had a bad experience, but believe me when I say there are plenty of good people out there so don't throw in the towel just yet [You must be logged in to view images. Log in or Register.]

Blackburrow is a hot-spot for people farming Gnoll Fangs since you can pretty much turn them in for decent xp up until level 20.

I think it's stupid and detracts from the game, but whatever. If you aren't hell-bent on levelling up as ultra fast as possible, then I suggest checking out GFay/Crushbone, or (even better) East Commons/N Ro. In both of those places there are people grouping and generally playing fair... well, more-so than BB.

As far as guild supporting this, and specifically Knights Who Say Ni, the Knights are a massive guild for people of all levels and playstyles, so it's difficult to police them. I would suggest that you don't consider all Knights members assholes due to a few unfair players being dicks. In fact, Knights Who Say Ni is the second biggest guild on the server, just after Bregan D'Aerth.

My suggestion would be to check out some of the other low level areas like Crushbone or Befallen/N Ro. I think you'll have a better time there.
