Do many EQ P1999 players plan on playing Pantheon?

Have you been living under a rock for the 100+ horrible MMO releases in the past couple decades?

Companies promising amazing MMOs only to fail to live up to the hype, has been one of the most common recurring events in gaming history.

This. I've taken a couple breaks from the game since kunark, but I've also spent months playing 30 hrs a week. I figure I could enjoy another 12-18 months of kunark farming, playing alts, doing a new side project now that I've burned out on solo challenge, etc. Velious will be good for about as long as kunark has been so far, or longer if I make new friends or have more rl buddies return to play alts with.

You're seriously asking how long before we get bored of a 14-year-old game we still play all of the time? I'd wager that if someone is offering P99 in ten years we will probably still play it.
