There may never be another staff member who was as good as Zade at Red CSR.

He knew the community well. He could roll with the punches, and keep a cool head among a sea of hatred and spite. Zade stuck to his guns, stood by his word, and worked hard to ensure everyone on this box got their chance to shine. Some people loved him, some people hated him, but everyone respected him.

His calls were fair, his decisions impartial. He gave many of you more chances than you deserved. He showed mercy to the foolish, gave aid to the weak, and took pity on the cruel. He dreamed of the day when this box would reach it's full potential - a paradise of yellow text, friendships, and rivalries. He pushed for excellence in everything he did, and his attitude inspired the rest of the staff to do the same.

He often told us how much he loved this community. That despite the slander, the cruel words, and caustic comments, he saw the kind heart and potential for greatness at the center of the Red 99 community, and that he hoped others saw this as well. He knew your secrets and your aspirations, Red 99. He shared your enthusiasm for PvP, your love of yellow-text, and your hatred of bluebies.

He set the standard high for the rest of the CSR team. We often stopped to ask ourselves, 'What would Zade do?' Whenever a Red 99 focused CSR decision needed to be made, Zade was always consulted first. He often opted for leniency, but was not afraid to use a firm hand to get a point across. His actions reflected a higher understanding of how CSR should work on a PvP box.

Zade, the CSR staff will miss you, both as a colleague and a friend. You can't be replaced, and I only hope that we all can aspire to be what you have been, and do what you have done, on this box.

Nizzar may be the Duke, Lite may be el Presidente,

but Zade will always be King.
