There are, Or at least were quite a few. It wasn't all that rare, it just didn't drop for long. I personally saw 5 drop. I won two and sold for around 100k each when they were still dropping. Oops.

There are a decent number; the problem is that by now most of them are with people who have so much pp that there is very little point in them selling anything, e.g. me

300k will definitely find one eventually though. You might be able to pry one out of Tecmos; he mostly plays red and I think he might have two.
