At level 60, 5 more stamina will give you a whopping 12 extra HP. So no, it's not worth rerolling. As I said before you actually need to be more concerned with your agi being below 75, as you incur a significant AC penalty below that. Don't reroll tho, just be on the look out for one of these as you level up.

I wouldn't put a massive priority on it, there are a lot of other cheap items that will offer you more benefit overall. I have a 28 or 29 erudite necro and I think the AC drop from taking off my bracer is around 45 or so, which is a good percentage of what he's got. You are a caster though and won't be taking many hits either way, but it can make a difference.
