Wow. I thought forumquesting was just being on the forums and part of the ongoing plotline that is p99 but I guess I was wrong.

To the OP though: a raid encounter would have to have an FTE component (FIRST) and a makeshift force to win the encounter. Quote someone to show you're in their camp?

Yeah, but then Duro would have to make a whole new PnP about sharing camps and camp stealing. AG got suspended and then IB right after us. That's total Forum Questing KS right there. We had that spotlight loot and they took it within one hour!

I imagine the world of ForumQuesting to be similar to EQ in design. Some things are look alike. You have EC WTS and WTB as the same sorta set up. Except there is this Platlord costume that is handed around to whoever yells out someone's name the loudest. Then they wear it for a little bit and get strip searched by the GMs, sorta like TSA agents at the airport. Eventually someone gets jealous of a shaman for selling his 100th NoS and name drops that person and you can hand over the Platlord disguise.

Some things are only slightly similar. I imagine a zone like PoA with Swish being the Sirran character, flying around on boxy cat Gifs and DTing forum adventurers with Red99 comments as they engage a new thread.

You have a zone very similar to PoF where you get bumrushed as soon as you walk in with attacks. I imagine this zone to be run by named TMO Golems like Tiggles, Cecily and Jeremy ready to lay down some beatstick to any lowbie forumquester threatening to enter their domain. I imagine Deru being Draco and Sirken being CT, ruling the roost with his trusty companion. The best part is Getsome and Chest are constantly zoning into the portal of this zone and getting killed over and over... Like twin Leroy Jenkins.

And then you have this very distant island that no one ever goes to, kinda like Erud's Crossing, and its filled with pictures of penises and weird animal cartoon drawings... I was reading through RnFs for the first time last night and somehow found out I was on the wrong boat when I zoned into this forbidden place. There was no quick escape so I jumped in the water and purposefully drowned myself. I'm not going back for my gear... some things are just not worth it.

Honestly i dont even have the slightest idea of what people would even consider forumquest raiding and care not to find out. I take forumquesting as the people on this forum that either twist ingame stuff around to suit their wants or just post random drivel to start shit. The worst ones are the ones that don't even play the game but think that being on the forums makes them cool somehow. If i wanted to see moronic conversations and ideas i'd watch more Fox News.
