Juntsie hereby move for special meat-spin permit for Greengrocer. Implore GM to consider dat meat-spin is unrelated to da casino and RMT-issue. Juntsie respect GM's decision to combat RMTing through whatever means work. But Greengrocer meatspin such a well-founded server tradition, and so unrelated to RMT issue, dat it has no reasonably nexus to policy goal of GM.
Meat-spin is server tradition! It provide delicious meat to community. Members of community more likely to eat boring, nasty ration without meat-spin. Juntsie request GM make public statement authorizing meat-spin, for good of server, and health of all members of community.

Greengrocer is a pillar of the P99 community, and should be explicitly exempted from this ban.
Specifically regarding meatspin: you bet meat and roll. Lose and he keeps the meat. Win and he cooks that meat into a delicious treat for you. #handsoffthemeat

Maybe Greengrocer's method can be exempted from the casino ban for the following reason:
If I tell Greengrocer I have 6 froglok meat I wish to spin, he can have me roll 6 times. If 4 of those rolls are successful, he owes me 4 meat- I hand him four meat, he cooks them, trades them back to me and in that same trade I give him the other two, which he will keep. No one can possibly be scammed or ripped off because if I never give him the meat to cook, well, it was my meat anyway, and he can't possibly steal meat from me because he's only handed the meat that he is owed, and if I try to avoid giving him the meat that DIDN'T win the roll I won't get the 4 cooked meat. Every transaction has a check to make sure no one is being THIEVED

Juntsie post formal motion in support of Greengrocer. He would do same for Tookie, but dere no basis to challenge rule. Juntsie sorry and hope he get to meet Tookie.
