Invis, go to NFP to the bank. It will look like this:

Stand where the . is, and get as close to the corner as possible. If you walk into the bank you will die. You need to get RIGHT on the corner, change your camera and swing around.. You don't need to FD, and really it doesn't help much, your either safe, or dead. Your invis will drop when you succesfully bank, do your business, re-invis, walk out.

In Overthere, you can actually click through the wall in first person mode to target the banker instead of scrolling out to third person.
