I used the Qeynos one (read, never posted) a lot.

I'd love to see them back. They never got used except by the folks who knew they were there.

I checked the one in qeynos once. It was at the bar not far from the docks; where the paw of opalla quest is discussed and a fight or two breaks out. I remember it had a lot of posts, but I don't recall finding any of them actionable. It'd be interesting to see if anyone actually formed groups or friends from those BB.
