The only reason Dizsco and BDA got singled out is because Chest decided to be a cockbite about it. A group I was in had an issue with a guy from IB powerleveling where we had already been pulling from for a few hours in another zone and he wasn't responding to tells so I got in touch with Getsome. Guy apologized, buffed our group, and went elsewhere.

Chest is abrasive, you aren't bringing any new revelation to the attention of these forums.

Well if someone had fucking told me these things then I would have just let it go! I actually haven't seen any other bard swarm kiting posts since I started playing again, then again I haven't been looking for them. If there are that many of them, though, maybe someone should make some sort of concrete ruling about it specifically...

As far as Chest being abrasive, I didn't get that so much as 'there's other people fucking up the zone experience for multiple groups so I'm gonna let my BDA guy do it too instead of stepping up as a guild leader should and doing the right thing'. That was my take on the situation. Like I said, Dizsco was the only one I physically saw pulling in front of ME at the SF ramp. If I actually saw someone else I woulda done the same with them. The situation (initially) had nothing to do with the fact that Dizsco is in BDA, but I think Chest took it as such for whatever reason.

Someone mentioned most people know not to pull from in front of SF ramp, well Dizsco was and it pissed people off.

Heaven forbid someone not have to lose hours of their EXP because a ton of mobs spawned on top of them while they're pulling multiple times. Glad you think it's just 'somewhat challenging' to essentially be continually trained by someone else's pulls.

Had an issue yesterday and the answer I was given by a guide seemed incredibly contradictory to the purpose of rule 8. Basically, I was told that *I* should move because a Bard was swarm kiting where I had been exping before they even showed up (I wasn't alone, either), and that it was OK for them to be taking everything in that particular area, despite others having been pulling from there already, because there were other mobs up in the zone.

I was in vent with Chest, talking about you while you were bitching. He was honestly trying to be helpful, but you can't expect him to curb behavior that was

1) is Allowed, You said yourself there were 3 other bards going, so no one was monopolizing the zone.

2) Chest is trying to help make the raid scene more accessible, not ensure you have a perfect day.

3) If the fact that everyone has access to multiple 60s really bothers you, you're going to have a bad time playing here.

Read Derubael's post. Please, one of you morons go read the post. Nowhere does it say the whole zone needs to be monopolized, just part of it where other people are being disrupted. It's allowed *if it isn't fucking with the gaming experience of other players*.

Oh, and splitting the server isn't going to make the raid scene more accessible, that's just fucking stupid. The only thing that's going to fix the raid scene is someone on the staff side saying IB and TMO can't play their bullshit destructive game anymore with each other, but that clearly isn't going to happen.
