Xylaw is a dude that got done for RMT on blue and lost huuuge amounts of accounts/items/plat - like 1.5k in hard pp alone. He was part of a BIG RMT ring on blue.

He has since migrated to Red and become pals with known suspects in Azrael aka the addiction is real.
