I posted to check for people who had actually tried things.

There's a religion modifier I assume, which means that the experience of an agnostic enchanter won't be identical to a innoruk worshiper. I'm also interested, as noted, in the Paineel quest turn-ins...one of which is to a Cleric CZ worshipper, another to the Necro guild. My best guess is that skelly form for a human inny worshipper has a chance of being dubious, allowing the turn in...but it's a bit of work to actually line that up.

Have you tried earth golem form in Paineel? I know it is KOS is some other zones.

Yelesom Paust in eruds crossing, 20 wizard. It will take many hours and many kills of this guy. Talking like thousand kills. I think its like amiable faction you need for the turn ins. Its been well over a year since I did this quests as a bertoxx cleric.

skeleton illusion works for cleric quests in paineel. either borrow an aon or get a necro to cast a skelly-nuke on you. No additional faction work required
