Uber quest that not many know about: collect lore scrolls outside splitpaw (can quad them), turn into Qeynos for like 14% level each.

Here is the kicker: you bind in Qeynos at the turn in, then port to NK and collect them again.. so all you do is gate to turn them in (turn in 1 at a time).

Best possible exp in the game from 30-40, and only like 1% of druids/wiz know about the quest.

Is that the karana tear quest? or the gem inlaid gauntlet quest?

It is the Karana Tear quest here: http://wiki.project1999.com/Tesch_Val_Scrolls

I turn in ONE of the LORE skins at a time to Edvard, and I am getting 3 blue per turn in. I've gone from 22-27 in a matter of days.

I think that druids do this exceptionally well because if someone is doing spires, you can provide them support via heals and snares in return for looting the skins. I am able to gate, turn in and run back before a mob corpse rots. People in their 30s and 40s who are not equipped to quickly turn in the quest are more inclined to stay at the spires. Good aligned druids and wizards are particularly capable of making this work well. For any other class, it would take too long to run.

Once I am able to efficiently kill these things instead of scavenging the skins, I think this exp will go even smoother.

This is not your typical exp gaining process. I've been thinking of this as more of an unconventional group. I am not constantly gaining exp by killing, but I am certainly gaining more over the course of a mostly AFK day. In my 20s, I am averaging about 8-9 skins per level. Not to mention, those leveling are benefiting from my buffs and heals.

An item of note: there are 4 LORE skins total, and to avoid rots or lost skins I will typically turn in for 2 or 3 to avoid the possibility of one rotting.

It has been a fun experience for me, but requires great patience. The return is certainly worthwhile.

There are two versions of the skins, one is LORE and says so in the description, the other is not LORE and looks like a spell. The tanned skins that are not LORE serve no purpose that I have found other than containing text to read.

Keep killing gnolls, you'll find one. Message me in game and I'll link one to you if I have one, they have a different icon from the non-LORE version.

I wanted to do this on my Dark Elf Wiz but I couldn't find a way to raise my Qeynos Citizens faction.

So don't ruin that or be a good race if you want to do that quest!

Does druid charm require CHA, or is it only based on char level and a MR resist check?
