Not true in every case! In rl I work at a weight loss clinic outside Taos New Mexico, and every person's weight problem is unique.

While I can't offer genuine professional help on an elf simulator's retard rickshaw forum, I can say, if the problem is the usual one -- ie, a simply stunning wreath of neckfat encircling the head, so plump it starts to glisten when in direct sunlight, covered with pastures of gentle stubble -- there is usually no risk in really grinding out that weight loss.

I think some posters here need to take a step back and realize, some people need help. And there is no shame in seeking it. You do not have to live this way. You have options.
