So how are you going to camp gear with no computer? How the hell are you on the forums with no computer?

Im going to answer my self and assume a public library or something [You must be logged in to view images. Log in or Register.]
but i still want a answer to the first question :P

Sincerely,
EQfiend

PS i know how you feel. i was unemployed for 6 months, while walking to the library to look at the P1999 forums everyday, and this was before i even got to start playing it. Was pure TORTURE.. Eventually found a job offshore and had to still wait a month to get home, and rush straight to Bestbuy and bought laptop and went on a week crack benge of everquest. Needless to say i also ended up having to get another GF lol...

We'll just start a forum text-based EQ game for Fourthmeal. It's just as good.

Code:
You are standing in the Misty Thicket. The lush grass ripples gently in
the wind, and all around you are the quaint burrows of the halfling people.
Crickets make those cricket sounds in the aforementioned thicket while rats,
bats, wolves and fire beetles frolick in the hills.
A fire beetle is here.
A large rat is here.
You can go north, south, east, and west.
Code:
You are Fourthmeal, level 1 druid.
HP: 30
MP: 30

Inventory:
Club*
Newbie shirt*
0p 0g 0s 0c

Exp: 0/10

Assuming a computer is only $300 I would say get a job. If u have a phone and a roof over your head pretty much means your parents support you.

Grow up and get a job. Its sad when someone can play EQ for 18 hours a day and post on forums all day but cant get a job. If u put as much time into gettin a job as you do eq you would probably be successful.

Default Government auctions

Governments are good at wasting money.

I bought a PALLET of 21 inch monitors for 10 bucks at a state government auction.

Govdeals.com is a website many counties governments use to auction off their used equipment. Just key in your zip to find stuff near you.

One near me http://www.govdeals.com/index.cfm?fa...480&acctID=776 ... 3 towers and 2 LCD monitors ... current bid for the set? 77 bucks. Just need to toss in hard drives and your good to go.

How are you writing this if you computer is broke? Use that computer or go to a computer store and get a $30 computer that will run EQ on high settings. I mean, what are the minimum specs? Like a p3 at 400mhz or something?
