So I'm in KC, minding my business, when out of the blue I receive a tell from a random guy, Petsematary, sends me a tell. Mind you I'm anon at the time, but he asks if I offer PL service. He then claims to know me and that I'm a "good man, so he can trust me" whatever that means. Ok I tell him, I haven't offered PL service before, but it was something I'd planned on doing sometime in the near future. I told him that if he wanted to, he could be the first non official official customer, but first he had to agree to my simple rules. Whether or not these rules make any difference, I don't know, but they're what I plan on establishing once I start my business.
1.) I will not interrupt or disrupt any zone or group for the sake of PL'ing an individual.
2.) Payment will be made per level gained up front (this may or may not end up being changed).
3.) An alt of level 30 or more must be logged on and send me a tell. (I don't know if this matters, but I'd feel better about it, help to weed out guys like this, who are level 8 and claiming it's their "main" with tons of money to spend).
4.) Lastly, agreeing to my non RMT money transfer disclosure agreement. Once again, I don't know if it will help, but I plan on making a macro stating that all money being transferred between myself any the client is strictly for PL purposes, and I that I have know working knowledge of it's origins, and have no want/desire to partake in any RMT activity. Once the client agrees to this, I will take a SS of it. Paranoid on my behalf? Maybe, but I call it covering my ass, or at least attempting to.
Anywho, TD;DR - I explain the rules, this is the guys reaction. There was more, but you get the gist of it. Perhaps Eunomia would like to have a chat with her "friend" and inquire about him and his name dropping.
