PNP wasn't enforced in classic beyond language and extended training. Rallos Zek was designed from the ground up to promote not playing nice by ganking loot from others taking a page from Ultima Online.

Training is already illegal what you are lobbing for is GM protections from getting attacked while raiding. A real Velious raid force wouldn't be trying to hide behind CSR Staff to avoid pvp.

There already is a blue server with pages of rules and restrictions for people like you.

Yes, I am very glad Nizzar was banned and Arzak (if he's willing to admit and apologize then no harm done, he was a pretty normal/nice guy aside from being corrupted by you know who) is gone with him atm, I'm also glad all the people using scripts/bots are banned and can never form a guild or play here again. Great for the community.

So training is OK when you're the one doing it.
But no one can train you in Velious.
