Not sure I follow, you are suggesting aggro varies zone by zone and that is was determined by, whom, the 3d artist who made the zone? Or the scripter who populated it?

The person that basically wrote the code for each zone. You don't really think one person wrote ALL the code for the original EC. They have their hand prints all over the zones they did.

If you are a puller you can use it to your advantage pretty big time.
