Umm im pretty sure hes selling a pencil for 100.00 and a EQ account is just a gift haha. Or he could always say im selling "my time" it took me to make this toon. Honestly really easy to get around legal stuff like this. Thats what happend on live and unfortunately legally you cant do a thing about it.
