Actually, unless he was having you move a couple plat pieces, the joke is on you!
Moving 1pp at 10,000%/hour interest rate means (assuming this took 1 hour) you now owe him 101pp, minus your fee of 10pp/minute (600pp), netting you 499pp.
However, if he gave you 10pp, you owe him 1010pp after interest (subtracting your 600pp for the time comes to 410pp out of your pocket).
