Yes, the staff creates anti-boxing rules for the entire server, then puts in hundreds of hours of their own time to play hall monitor to enforce those rules, all to allow you to play a 16-year elf simulator out of the goodness of their hearts ... and then they just allow boxing and ban anyone who complains. Makes perfect sense.
